As an integrative health and wellness coach, I view health and wellness from a holistic perspective which means I am interested in your whole being and what it means to thrive mentally and physically. 

Through my 1-1 wellness coaching, I can help you with the following:

  • Self Love

  • Self confidence

  • Anxiety

  • Negative self talk

  • Stress management 

  • And much more

Package includes:

  • 4 x 1-1 coaching sessions (in person or on zoom) 

  • 24-hour support. 

  • Weekly 10 minute guided mediation. 

  • Affirmation work book.

Wellness coaching + Personal training - 

transform your body and mind. Learn to love yourself from the outside in. 

This package is a combination of the personal training package and the wellness package and you will receive all of the services outlined in both.

We will focus on your entire being, including:

  • Mental wellness

  • Nutrition 

  • Physical fitness

This is the right package for you if you want to change your relationship with your body and mind and learn how to love and respect your body.

  • 1 x 1 hour personal training session a week 

  • 1 x Wellness session a week

  • + all the details outlined in both packages
